You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below.
Cancellation charges per person
Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee
Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50 percent of tour cost
Between 20-15 days of departure: 75 percent of tour cost
15 days to date of departure: 100 percent.
In case of no show: 100 percent.
If we Change or Cancel Your Holiday
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather):
we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced;
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, JUSTYATRA.COM reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. JUSTYATRA.COM shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
To avail benefits of Zero Cancellation, You need to cancel online on JUSTYATRA.COM. You will not be eligible for waiver if you cancel directly with the airline.
Customers, who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and JUSTYATRA.COM reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. JUSTYATRA.COM shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
JUSTYATRA.COM reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
JUSTYATRA.COM is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
JUSTYATRA.COM shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
JUSTYATRA.COM does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine, change in government rules and regulations or other causes, however caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, JUSTYATRA.COM reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
In no event the entire liability of JUSTYATRA.COM under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
JUSTYATRA.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program.
